Darius Vizbaras is the CEO and founder of KOSMOS THEATRE, a pioneering audiovisual experimental theatre based in Vilnius. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Activity Management from Vilniaus Kolegija and a Master’s degree in Cultural Management and Cultural Policy from Vilnius Academy of Arts, where he focused on international entrepreneurship models in theatre. Darius has a rich background in producing and managing cultural events. He has been instrumental in organizing festivals and has extensive international experience, having participated in numerous masterclasses and workshops with renowned artists. Under his leadership, KOSMOS THEATRE has produced numerous innovative stage productions and has been involved in creating augmented and virtual reality projects. Darius’s work has been recognized internationally, with KOSMOS THEATRE participating in festivals and showcases across Europe, Japan, S. korea and North America. He has also represented Lithuania at various media, entertainment, and technology fairs. in addition to his work with KOSMOS THEATRE, Darius has led social-communication campaigns and has been involved in creating augmented and virtual reality projects. Žilvinas Vingelis is a distinguished theatre director and artistic director, known for his innovative approach to blending classical theatre with modern technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Directing from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (LMTA) and a Master’s degree in Theatre and Film from the same institution. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Arts at LMTA, focusing on visual theatre, montage, theatre as hypermedia, and intermediality. Žilvinas has a rich background in theatre, having directed numerous productions across various genres, including visual theatre, contemporary opera, and modern dance. His work spans traditional stage productions as well as virtual reality (VR) theatre, showcasing his ability to merge traditional storytelling with cutting-edge technology

In addition to his directorial work, Žilvinas has made significant contributions to interdisciplinary projects, installations, music videos, and social and cultural advertisements. His innovative approach has earned him numerous accolades, including the “Best Directorial Debut” at the Dalia Tamulevičiūtė Professional Theatres Festival for “LILA: The Secret Game of the Demiurge” and the “Golden Stage Cross” award for the internet (anti)utopia “#Protestas”

As an educator, Žilvinas has been actively involved in teaching and mentoring the next generation of theatre artists. He has led workshops at Vytautas Magnus University and the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, focusing on visual theatre and puppet and object theatre disciplines. His international teaching experience includes leading workshops at the “Alexandria Nova” network of European theatre schools and the “LUTKOKAZ” international puppet theatre review in Osijek.
